Ingredients
- 3 cups Caster sugar (750ml)
- 6 TSP Cinnamon, ground
- 4 TSP Ginger, ground
- 3 TSP Cardamom, ground
- 2 TSP Nutmeg, ground
- 1 TSP Pepper, ground (black?)
optional
- vanilla pod...
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender, sugar first.
- Blend until uniform beige.
- Heat a mug with plant milk - microwave.
- Add one tablespoon of powdered mixture and stir.
Notes
- I used black pepper, not sure it makes a difference.
- If you want to add the vanilla, empty the contents of a vanilla pod into the blender with the 3 cups of sugar, spin. Store the used pod casing in the rest of your sugar stores so it permeates over time.
- So, the original source of this spice mix had the values for the cinnamon and ginger reversed, in my mind, to dominant to appreciate the other spices...
- My husband has decided on the sugar ratio... so, blame him.
