Notes
- this recipe assumes you want to have some pre-made seasoning left over.
- This is enough liquid for 8 cups of rice or more.
- One usually uses 1 - 1 1\2 Tbsp per metric cup of sushi rice.
- 1 metric cup of rice once cooked and seasoned can yield 4 large rice balls and 8-10 nigiri.
