Ingredients
- 3 X dried bay leaves (1g)
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp dried marjoram
Instructions
- Combine dried spices/ seasonings in a small cup blender and pulse or grind until desired consistency.
- You can leave it rough and out it in a herb or tea infuser pouch, or grind it fine enough that the bay leaf bits are fine to consume.
Notes
- this is a fantastically useful seasoning, all leaves, so no alliums for allergies, it's French not Italian.
- My husband puts this in our vegan shakshuka, bolognese, et cetera.
- We go through so much I usually multiply the recipe by 4 or 8...
