Instructions

  1. Soak nuts (hazel/ filbert/ almond) overnight.
  2. Using a high speed blender, blend until very smooth.
  3. Drain using a piece of cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag, saving the pulp for adding to baking or granola so nothing is wasted.
