Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Soak nuts (hazel/ filbert/ almond) overnight.
- Using a high speed blender, blend until very smooth.
- Drain using a piece of cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag, saving the pulp for adding to baking or granola so nothing is wasted.
