Ingredients
- 250 - 500g Raw shelled nuts
Instructions
- Roast nuts using an airfryer.
- 160°C, 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or transferring to jars for storage.
Notes
- I really love roasted hazelnuts, I felt it necessary to note this cooking guide to save me finding the guideline online again.
- Not all Hazel varieties are the same size, some of the larger varieties are great after 15 minutes, some of the smaller ones seem more darkly roasted - I happen to like that, but feel free to knock the time down to 12 or even 10 minutes.
- Reasonably confident this should work with other nut varieties as well;
- Worked well with 750g raw almonds from the store, but a smaller airfryer might want to half the batch?
