Ingredients

  • 250 - 500g Raw shelled nuts

Instructions

  1. Roast nuts using an airfryer.
  2. 160°C, 15 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool completely before serving or transferring to jars for storage.

Notes

  • I really love roasted hazelnuts, I felt it necessary to note this cooking guide to save me finding the guideline online again.
  • Not all Hazel varieties are the same size, some of the larger varieties are great after 15 minutes, some of the smaller ones seem more darkly roasted - I happen to like that, but feel free to knock the time down to 12 or even 10 minutes.
  • Reasonably confident this should work with other nut varieties as well;
  • Worked well with 750g raw almonds from the store, but a smaller airfryer might want to half the batch?
