Sauce - vegetable stir fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dark or mushroom soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp regular/ light soy sauce
  • 2 TSP sesame oil
  • 2 TSP chicken flavoured stock powder
  • 1-2 TSP minced garlic and or ginger
  • 1-2 TSP sriracha w/ wo/ liquid smoke

  1. Mixy, mixy...
  2. Stir fry into thinly sliced vegetables, noodles, vegan protein...

Notes

  • My husband loved this sauce when I threw it together during a bountiful cabbage harvest season... So I added it here, you can easily make more and stash it in the fridge for later use, just remember to shake before using or the sediment will sink...
