Noodle Sauce - Soy & Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce/ tamari
  • 1 TSP chilli flakes
  • 1 TSP ginger, minced
  • 1/2 TSP garlic, minced
  • 2 TSP sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes before using.
  2. Serve 1-2 Tablespoons over 100g soba noodles, can use hot or cold.
  3. Top with sliced green onions and or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  • I make a double batch and leave it in the fridge for anytime snacking...
  • You can use this with any noodles or rice, obviously...
