Ingredients

Regular Recipe

  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce, vegan
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Golden Mountain sauce or Maggi
  • 2 tsp fish sauce, vegan

Vegetarian Recipe

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Golden Mountain sauce or Maggi

Note

  • You use around 2 Tbsp of this sauce for a serving...

  2. The regular recipe has more ingredients and if you don't consume fish products, you will likely have had to make most of these yourself... I'm pretty sure golden mountain and maggi are both non coeliac friendly... so, bad news for those of us that effects... I'll put some effort into finding an alternative to this ingredient as this is the base we use for so many rice noodle dishes.

  • Not much info, i know, but for anyone struggling with a good stir-fry base for veggies or noodles, this is a super safe place to start.
