Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu (approx. 500 grams)
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 3 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain tofu. Pat dry
  2. Heat onion and oil in a pan until the onion is cooked
  3. Crumble tofu into pan and add in all the spices
  4. Once the liquid is absorbed add the soy milk to reconstitute.
  5. Top with green onion
