Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried apricots
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. form into balls (around 2cm in diameter)
  3. Enjoy.

Notes

Traditionally this recipe uses honey instead of maple syrup, but screw that noise.
