Bliss Balls - Chocolate & Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 250 grams peanut butter (about half of a standard jar)
  • 1/2 a cup of almonds
  • 3/4 rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend or pulse the almonds, cocoa, and rolled oats until you get a powder mix (this doesn't have to be super fine, think clumpy flour, not icing sugar)
  2. Empty into a medium bowl.
  3. Liquefy the peanut butter, by heating it in the microwave for 1 minute in a mug.
  4. Add liquid peanut butter goodness into the other ingredients in the bowl.
  5. Add in the maple syrup
  6. Mix until combined (this should take about 30 seconds with a fork)
  7. cool in fridge for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from fridge and roll into 2cm balls.
  9. Keep in fridge or just scoff them all.

Notes

OK, Maybe don't just scoff these. they are about 130 calories per ball.

These could be made to be gluten-free if you used gluten free oats.
