Ingredients
- 250 grams peanut butter (about half of a standard jar)
- 1/2 a cup of almonds
- 3/4 rolled oats
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa
Instructions
- In a blender, blend or pulse the almonds, cocoa, and rolled oats until you get a powder mix (this doesn't have to be super fine, think clumpy flour, not icing sugar)
- Empty into a medium bowl.
- Liquefy the peanut butter, by heating it in the microwave for 1 minute in a mug.
- Add liquid peanut butter goodness into the other ingredients in the bowl.
- Add in the maple syrup
- Mix until combined (this should take about 30 seconds with a fork)
- cool in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and roll into 2cm balls.
- Keep in fridge or just scoff them all.
Notes
OK, Maybe don't just scoff these. they are about 130 calories per ball.
These could be made to be gluten-free if you used gluten free oats.
